Placed a order for 2 body thermometers on 4/26/2020. Received 4/30/2020 USPS for a tracking number USPS in Jamaica, NY (tracking number 9200190240609509536598 claiming departed shipping partner facility & USPS awaiting package in Jamaica, NY. GENBAYUSA.CO or whoever this scammer is NEVER gave the package to the US Postal service to date (5/21/2020). Sent e-mail messages stating package shipped & I told them it didn’t. I CONTACTED USPS & they confirmed they had not received the package. I contacted GENBAYUSA.CO several times they keep saying package shipped & now they are blaming the post office. Truth is they never shipped these items & have no intention of it. SCAMMERS!! Still have not credited back my credit card either!!
