Same story, order "free" product, just pay shipping - Shipping 6-10 days, two weeks later, nothing. No shipping notice, no product, no answer, no response.

I came across an ad on Twitter for a new phone case through a company called Gemtech out of Florida. I paid $24.99 with my bank checking card on 5/4/20. When I didn’t receive it or get any notice I sent an email through their site, but have heard nothing back. Their phone number does not work. I looked online and saw some reviews that this is a scam. Our bank records indicate just that one transaction with Gemtech, but I’m thinking I’ve been scammed.

This site seems like another Wish.com. They even have an order tracker app called Shop. However, they do not ship product. I have contacted them through email--no response. Through Twitter, they blocked me. I called, the phone number is for sale. While I can appreciate the import business, this is blatantly a scam. I am never ordering from another site again, no matter who it is. They say shipping is 8-20 business days, but their return/refund policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. So their refund policy expires before your order ships. I should have checked them out further before buying. I placed a small order of $6.95. Almost 60 days later I cannot get a response. This is without a doubt a scam! I am attaching a screenshot from their Shop app that traces your order. No shipping information is shown.
