Purchase Jersey

I purchased a jersey on 10/3. Have never recieved a confirmation email. Sent them an email have recieved no response. I will be disputing this charge. Company is a scam.

Gempoelse is a RIPOFF!!

I ordered my jersey and it took longer than expected. When I got it they sent the wrong size. I contacted through email and they are insisting it was my fault. But would send me a new one for a discounted price.
I sent screen shots of the order I placed and then they said they would send me the correct size if I paid shipping. I figured it was the closet I'd get to getting any of my money, so I said ok.
They sent a link that was supposed to be my ordering it and paying ONLY shipping. When I got to the page it was a $15 credit NOT me just paying shipping.
When I tried to ask them to correct it and honor the "shipping only" offer, they stopped responding to the email.
Do NOT bother with this company.

Gempose order never moving

Ordered a jersey and tracking number was created after 3 emails were sent without a response to any of them. I have sent more emails and looked for a number to call but can't find any phone numbers. I have no idea how long it will be before it shows up. Don't even know if I can get money back... highly suggest you don't use this company

Someone actually replied to my emails and the jersey showed up today. The jersey was in new condition. I guess as long as you are willing to wait for your order and deal with the lack of communication it is worth it.

Hi I also am someone who purchased 2 jersey’s back in November from this company. They sent a confirmation of my order and then totally ghost you like someone after a bad date! This company banks on the hardworking peoples money and the fact that they want a good product for a decent price for someone! I will tell anyone and everyone I know so this can not continue and the [censored] yes capital that take advantage will have to go out and earn a buck! I’m calling to Boycott this Company spread it on social media and EXPOSE GEMPOSE?. Shannon from MA

I have ordered 4 fleece lined zip up hoodies, 3 bring personalized. Have no tracking info and not getting response from emails. Total spent $245 and some change. Is there anyone who can help with getting money back. These were Christmas gifts and I can't afford another 200+ dollars

I purchased 2 Astros jerseys in October 21, its November and I have not received anything. I sent them an email and no one has contacted me. I received an email stating my order was complete but no tracking number or way to track it. This is a scam website, do not trust it.
