I ordered rings from Gemologica.com one of the rings was completely different from what I ordered. I emailed the dealer immediately and was told to send it back. I sent it back and almost two weeks after shipping it off I received an email showing a photo of a torn open package with contents missing, after it sat at the post office for six days. Now Gemologica refuses to send the ring I paid for until the ring I didn’t order is recovered. This is not my fault but my engagement is ruined and I don’t have a ring or the 670 dollars I paid
