Looked up Geico on Internet and put info in to get a quote. Could not get a quote or find out what was in the policy until I filled in the bank or Credit Card information. Was not able to finish the process because it keep saying my birthdate was not correct. So I did not activate the account. I then received a welcome to Geico Family email, I tried many times to reach someone and never got anywhere. The live chat was worthless. I finally received a phone number in one of the chats and it hung up on me. I let a Message in the Chat that the phone did not work and needed a phone call. I did get a call back from the same phone number and spoke with a Geico agent. When I gave my policy number it was not a policy. So it was a fake site, using Geicos Live Chat and phone numbers. I filed a claim with my bank for the charge so now have to make sure that my information is not out there for anyone to use.
