Received an email that our 360 subscription was being auto renewed and that we had 2 days to get a refund. We called the number and they needed to log in to our computer to fix this. Then has us log into our bank to reverse the charges and they attempted to take $3500. We were able to get this stopped as while they were doing this we received a phone call on another line that it was a scam and we should turn off our computer immediately. At this time we are unable to determine if the caller was part of the scam or truly a good guy.
