I purchased an item from this online vendor. They sent an empty bag to me. They didnt update their shipping/tracking information. When I asked for shipping information they said they would send it when shipped. I received an empty bag in the mail with no packing tab and the bag was intack. I reached out and they told me I stole the item and that they would not refund me or send me another item. I believe this business is taking advantage of people. They eventually updated the tracking to say deliver on april 10th depsite the empty bag being delivered on 4/7.
