Last week on November 30th I was online and received a popup saying I had malware and to contact a phone number to get help. I gave the business control of my PC and it took about an hour but they fixed the issue. I paid $400 with my credit card for 5 years of protection with this business. I told them that I currently had McAfee but I was told McAfee is a good internal protection but not a good external protection. I did not know what this meant.
