On July 26, 2016 I have been contacted by a man who introduced himself has Microsoft technician. He told me that my computer has some defects and he is company is in charge to repair it as Microsoft representative,. He told me to go to my computer, so I did, and showed me a list on error............. I told me that for I am using my computer is working well and I do no want to pay anything. He told me that no worry there is no charge. Than he passed me his supervisor! This person told me that I have to pay , I refused and he told me "if you do not pay I block your computer" and soundlessly the screen become completely black! still on the phone he told me you see I can do it!

I am 83 years old and my computer is my contact with my grand children , my family in France. So I got scarred and I give him my checking account number, and the day after they charged me for $319.99. I told the guy that this is black mail!
