I turned on the internet using e & was unable to access anything as there was an alert not to touch anything but call 888-652-7465. When I called & gave access to my computer I was informed that my computer was fine but there was a problem with Windows & for $200.00 they would fix everything. It was a one time fee. They would update my Web & email security & should I receive any email ads or if the computer was slow I should call them at the above number & it would be fixed immediately. I was not comfortable with this & signed off & hung up. They tried to contact me repeatedly by phone until I was forced to turn my phone off. I do not know if they were ligitament or not but was very uncomfortable. My daughter came later & freed up my computer.
