My laptop was slowing down in speed. this voice came across my laptop that i needed to call this number. called it and he said i had viruses on my laptop. for a fee he could remove them. fee was 999.99. it was fine until maybe 6 mons ago they had called me and gave me a new number. they showed me on my laptop that there was others using my email, computer, ip address, etc. cost me 899.99. so this last time my print just stopped allowing me to print from any ms software. they were supposed to fix it, but did not. it was going to cost me 650.00. My son happened to be visiting me and was asking me questions. he looked them up online and found out that they are a scam. so here i am reporting this. i am supposed to call them in two days so they can put the check through. he told me not to do it. i sure hope this helps other not get scamed. had to reset my laptop back to mfg settings.
