Approximately a year and a half ago, my father, who is in his 80's, thought he was contacting the Geek Squad (Best Buy) for tech support for a computer issue. This company told him they were the Geek Squad and logged into his computer remotely where they routed around for SEVERAL HOURS. Meanwhile, my father contacted me and I was able to help him and stop Geek Techs from getting any money from him and I was able to solve his computer issue.

Fast forward to January 2021, he receives an invoice via PayPay International for $199 for "Services- Annual Renewal

1 Year Subscription (Support & security Software)".
