Received an email from this company saying on the receipt of Geek Squad/ Best Buy. It was saying I’m being charged for a certain amount and to call if I have any issues. I called and talked to a guy by the name of Bryan. He asked what device I am using to fill out a refund paper. He told me to go to Apple Store and type in an application by the name of anydesk. I read the review to that and it said it was a scam app. So instead of finishing the conversation I hung up.
