The email I received from the Geek Squad Tech Support stated that I purchased "Protection360" and my annual subscription with Geek Squad is renewed, I did not remember ever purchasing this but in the past my husband did do business with Best Buy of Mount Laurel, NJ which has a Geek Squad location in there facility, after I realized I was scammed I went to Best Buy (Geek Squad) and showed them the letter I received they told me it was a scam but it was on their letterhead and there was nothing they could do for me and I should report it to my financial institution and I also reported it to my local police department.
