I did call the customer support to try and identify what this was for. He proceeded to tell me he could help cancel the subscription but I would need to down load the form. He asked me to go to my browser. I foolishly started typing but when I got to www.teamv I immediately realized he was trying to get access to my computer through teamviewer. I let the scammer know what I thought and would immediately report him.
