After reading my email, I called the number to report I didn’t authorize it. They asked me questions like: repeatedly asked if I had a laptop, a computer, is there anyone who could have done this. Asked what kind of phone I had so they could walk me step by step how to cancel, what account number so they could replace the money. That’s when I said you don’t need this information and said I was notifying the BBB.

This is a scammer site - they connect to your laptop and pretend to be Best Buy "Geek Squad" - they then download your files. They are operating out of India I believe. They are listed on Google as the first company for customer Service & Support. This is a total scam. Please pursue and take down this site. This is a very dangerous scam. They stole files from my laptop while they browsed through my computer
