Through my business email account, the scammer pretended to be part of Best Buy's Geek Squad. The email stated that my company purchased a support plan valued at $709 and was paid in full.

It provided an invoice number: 25741-27720 and stated that the charge will appear in 24 hours. Additionally, it asked the email recipient to call 1(855)798-4440 if there is an issue.
