There both women and men running this scam. I received the 1st email (went in my Spam folder), I ignored it because there wasn't a charge on my acct. A few days after the first email, they sent one that didn't go to spam. I called to inquire about what/when I made a purchase. The scammers are hard to understand. They claimed that I would have to send in a form for a "REFUND" They claim to be from "MICROSOFT" & the other from the "GEEK SQUAD" They will try to have you send them gift cards from places like Bestbuy, Target or some other high price store. I am online a lot especially since the Pandemic as many people are. They have a way of Tracting what sites someone has been on, then they send Bogus emails about mysterious charges. When call to see what the charge is, then they try to get money/gift cards. BEWARE of receiving Emails about something you have purchased and know nothing about.
