Received an email from "Henry Jones" ([email protected]) stating that there will be an "auto REPAY" for a subscription I purchased this month (Feb 2022). I called the billing department, the person who answered the phone told me I had to go to my computer, type in a web address that will allow them to remote into my computer. I IMMEDIATELY stopped and DID NOT allow them to proceed any further. I asked what account the have on file to "repay" and he told me I had to complete the process in order to be refunded and hung up on me!
