On 2/5/24, I received an email from Geek Squad with an order number and product key number, stating I was being charged $538.00 for the 12 month automatic renewal of the Total AV Ultimate Anti Virus and that it would appear on my bank statements within 24-48 hours. I was provided with the enclosed phone number in case I wished to modify or cancel my order. I did not reply, did not make the call, did not see an attached link. I called both of our credit card companies and there is no pending charge on our accounts at this time.

Through email, I have received a billing for unsolicited services for which we know nothing about. The email tells me that my personal subscription with Geek Squad will expire today (9-8-2021) and that it is the result of an agreement that I/we electronically signed at the time of my supposed registration. I have never had any contact with this entity and have never supplied them with any personal or financial information regarding myself or my family. Beyond the first email from this entity, I have received two additional emails, one of which is an invoice for $359.56 which I'm forwarding to you as an attachment.
