The 4th person eventually started cussing at me, I hung up and called Best Buy Locally and they told me to call local Sheriff office and they told me since this is really a federal matter my best option was to block their phone number.

We received phone call from someone representing Geek Squad Best Buy stating that we had purchased security and antivirus from them two years ago and the subscription was expiring today. They stated that we needed to send them $400.00 or they would not renew our software subscription. I asked for the name on the account and they hung up. I tried to get the name on the account calling back 4 times. The 4th person eventually started cussing at me, I hung up and called Best Buy Locally and they told me to call local Sheriff office and they told me since thi is really a federal matter my best option was to block their phone number.
