email that looked like it was from Geek Squad Best But notifying about automatic renewal of service contract. In 24hr an "on file" credit card will be charged. Phone number listed 808 892 2973 to call to stop auto renew. When that number was called then person on the "call center" asked for confirming information including personal information and account information.

I stopped the call. Called local Best Buy. Person at Best Buy said yes -- this is a scam using the email to "phish" for contact. We reviewed my account. No pending renewals.

Very convincing email.
