I received an email stating that a renewal payment was submitted to my bank and I needed to call if I wanted to cancel for a full refund of $389.99 no taxes added. Strange. I called the number and was told to go to Deskhelp.me, I didn’t. I was told to go to website and enter a code that he was going to give me. I then asked him why am I not going to Best Buy website, he said “you need to go to the website here first to fill out a form to be submitted.” I then told him I would just dispute the charges through my bank cause I never signed up for a geek squad subscription.
