Thought I was calling Geek Squad of Best Buy for technical support of stereo equipment. They had all my information including previous purchase. Told me I would need to replace and with a promotional trade in the cost. To get Gift Card, which I did. Then I never received confirmation email. So I called back to tech, Martin Williams. He called me back stating order would be delivered and installed by Friday. I called Best Buy directly as I never received email, and they did not have order and were able to tell me what was purchased and where. So $400 later lesson learned. Police report filed. BE VERY CAREFUL, very convincing!!
