I was having issues related outlook email & I searched on google for technical help, I got connected on call and they fix out my issues & they clearly stated that they have nothing to do with the Geek Squad or Best Buy.
They were online team and they were completely professional people & also helped me out to resolve all the issues that I had on my system.
They completed the task before the due time as I mentioned to them. I am very thankful & satisfied with their work done.

I got some problems while turning on my new laptop as it shut down automatically. I searched for google & wanted some genuine technical professional so, did contact many numbers but got no reply from their end and then at last after 2 hours being on-call connected to the online technician, they eventually helped me out with my issues by simply using some diagnostic steps online but then I believe it worked without wasting so much time & I did enquire about company clearly stated that they have nothing to do with the best buy or Geek Squad.

My son recently bought a computer from Best Buy. As he likes to play games. So we plan to buy a computer , when we visited the Best Buy store.
I am happy with Geek care Online Support. I am very pleased & satisfied with their work and about the fact that they delivered my project without any bugs or mismanagement at the same quoted price.
They never forced me for any upgrades or upselling even though I enquired them for some premium plans as well. I already have tech support from best buy but when I call best buy never pick. If the call is connected they put me on hold for hours &  hours & the call never connected to any executive . I  am very dissatisfied with them . I visited the best buy store and the tech behavior is the worst even though they don't know how to deal with customers. They don't know how to fix the issue . I am not happy with the store people.

I had some issues related Adobe Acrobat reader & I tried to contact "Geek Squad" as i have their "Total Tech Protection Plan" but am unable to reach them because when i called on their tollfree they put me on a longer hold and nobody helped me so i got frustrated and I searched online for good technical service provider and than i finally contacted "Geek Care Online" and i asked them that are they associated with Bestbuy or GeekSquad but they clearly stated that they have nothing to do with the "Geek Squad". As i was already frustrated by them so i decided not to contact them anymore that is why i continued with this "Geek Care Online" for help and eventually they helped me out with my issues.
It's very bad thing for those who post & spread these kinds of rumors & try to vilify people who are working Honestly & Professionally.

My son is using a gaming ASUS Laptop and I went to Geekcareonline & they fix the problem and they did a great job. I appreciate them for doing great job

I was completely frustrated with my computer as it was running very slow. I tried to contact BestBuy and was on call for several hours. They kept on disconnecting my call and I kept on dialing their numbers for 2 consecutive days as I had a TotalTech Support but I didn't know how that Support was useful, I am a partially handicapped lady and my computer is my whole world, so anybody can understand how terrible it feels to be on calls for longer hours with no help. Then I started serching online and I got in touch with Geek Care Online, The support was spot on, technicians were amazing and they actually knew what they were doing. Even though I had support with BESTBUY GEEK SQUAD still I will never go with them in the future.
I subscribed for the services with GEEKCARE and now whenever I need some help with my issues, I know I have a TECHNICAL Team to rely on.
So STOP DEFAMING GEEK CARE ONLINE. And one should prove their worth before tarnishing anyone's image.

so I searched for some solution on google and there when i found them and they eventually helped me out with my issues

they were completely professional people & also helped me out to resolve all the issues that I had
even i have complete support plan right now with them and they are very very helpful

on the other hand
I had a total support plan with geek squad and when i bought it from bestbuy they told me that they are supposed to help me out with any problem i face on the computer but i tried to contact them they mostly don't connect and when they do they put me on hold for hours so i searched for someone more reliable and thts when i found geek care
they clearly stated that they have nothing to do with the Geek Squad.
They are an entirely different team
and the experience was also completely different
so please don't stigmatize them

This is a disgusting method to defame a business by posting & spreading these kinds of rumors, who are working Honestly & Professionally.
It's completely understandable that it's somebody trying to play bad business tactics & trying to defame someone without any reason.
They are completely professional guys & technically sound. This is just a wrong tactic & a completely disgusting method of trying to harm some business

They completed the project before the due time as I mentioned to them that I needed the project to be done before Xm[censored]idays start & I am very please happy & satisfied with their work and about the fact that they delivered my project without any bugs or mismanagement in the under the same priced quote.

I typed in www.geeksquad.com and was directed to a site that imitated, but wasn't, Best Buy's tech site. I ordered a basic tuneup, since I subscribe to Geeksquad Tech Support and Webroot. Twenty minutes later Geek Care contacted me and "showed" me that my Windows network had been destroyed by a trojan horse. They wanted me to pay $499 for a five-year total protection plan. I avoided paying and reported them to Best Buy. Be very careful that you are actually contacting Best Buy. FALSE information:

There's nothing Wrong With Geek Care Online as it mainly helps to protect & resolve by One-click, multiple solutions. So, I completely got helped to fix my problems with my devices specially laptop & printer. Geek squad/BestBuy just informed to bring a new printer as a solution to this but the technician at GeekCare Online did help online by just replacing the wire & it worked with device getting print. I would say the perfect care if you get it fixed by geek care.

Company “Geek Care” appears first in Google search for “Geek Squad.” Without noticing I contacted them and they quickly sent an email to log into my computer. Once in they planted a trojan document in my recycle bin. Fortunately I noticed quickly and my security software eliminated the threat.

Yes , the solutions that i needed same performed by Geek Care Online, did require potential and patience to stay on. So, fixing what i screwed up & making devices to perform with excellence, caring my information & devices. All was done completely fine & satisfactory. I was trying to connect with Geek Squad for computer issues because I do have technical support. When I typed this into my computer the number came up and I assumed it was for Geek Squad. After he "evaluated" my system and said I need to purchase extra coverage for my computer for 1 year $299.99; 2 years $399.99; 4 years $499.99, because there was a phishing problem. That is when I became worried and noticed it said Geek Care and NOT Geek Squad. Said the new computers with Microsoft did not offer protection.
