Received an email to interview at a specific time over Skype. The "interview" was via messaging over skype with no audio. He told me that I qualify for a higher position based on my experience, and it pays $5 more an hour than the original one that I was interviewing for. He offered a job for $35/hr for week of training, then $40/hr thereafter. Said his supervisor and/or HR would be contacting me.
