I ordered 4 smart watches but the post office delivered to wrong address and could not recover, gearzel said they would replace them but in the mean time I ordered more watches waiting for this problem to be resolved, they took my money for a second time but I didn't get anything back, I emailed them many many times even sent them a copy of the letter I got from post office, they never replied, since they sent the first ones that I didn't get because of the post office I figured I would get the second ones I ordered, they were Christmas gifts, they got my money I got nothing
