When you order items from this company they Immediately charge your card. They will send you an order number and then an email with shipping / tracking information. None of the tracking information they give you on your order works, and every email you send them you get an automated email back saying they will contact you within 24 hours. They never contact you. The shipping information is never updated and you never receive your product. I finally had to contact my credit card company and have them credit the charge. They sell all kinds of product from men and women’s apparel, fishing gear and other gear such is cycling gear. They offer numerous things. When my product never arrived I did some further research and found that many people have been scammed by them.

11/26/18 I ordered 2 infinity scarves for Christmas presents. I emailed them from their site twice and once to the email address directly. On 12/15/18 I got this response from them:

Dear costumer,(their word, not mine)

Thank you for contacting us.

We have received your email and will respond to you within 24 hours.

Please Note that:

If you experience difficulty when tracking your package, alternatively you can track your package using our tracking system via this link: https://gearow.com/pages/tracking-packages-using-tracking-numbers

Shipping time for :

USA, is 2-3 weeks

Outside USA, is 3-4 weeks

When you call the number with the 1, it says it is not necessary to dial a one. When you don't use it, it says you must dial an area code and a 7 digit phone number.

This pisses me off to no end. This happened to me with another site too. Lesson learned....a little late..:(

I placed an order on November 21, 2018 for 4 items.

They sent me an email regarding my order and accepted payment.

I have sent them 4 or 5 emails asking where my order is with no reply. I tried calling but the number was out of service.

I reported it to my account on December 12th. On that same day they sent me a delivery notice.

the tracking number and told me I could track it in 48 hours.The number is not valid.

This is my first experience with this problem. From now on I will contact the ScamPulse.com before purchasing anything on line and try the telephone number first.

THIS ADDRESS IS LISTED AS 146 VIRGINIA STREET, BUFFALO, NY WITH NO ZIP CODE. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BY THAT.

THIS PURCHASE WAS FOR INFINITY SCARVES (CLOTHING LINE). THE PHONE IS A FAKE #GEAR

I ordered a watch from this website over a month ago, called the number & it’s a fake number. Emailed them, no response. Read the reviews and it seems like this is everyone’s. They are stealing money and nobody can do anything about it.

Hello! I have been wanting a new key-chain for a while now. I am an prior Active duty Marine Veteran, and i began looking online through various sites and came across "Gearow". The site is set up very legitimate, however, they surely ARE NOT. I purchased a orange Survival paracord & carabiner key chain that was really awsome looking! For the visual quality it looked worth the $11.99 plus shipping fees, so i bought it. I received confirmation email, and tracking number of my order, so i thought nothing of it and awaited the arrival of my new purchase....I NEVER buy online, and when i do i purchase from *** or a well established company for quality assurance and safety. So i'm going out on a limb here...well i wait, 3 weeks go by, nothing...That's when i began to look back at the site and i entered my Tracking number in their tracking application on their site, and it doesn't work...AT ALL. So then i email them with an estimated reply back time of 2 or 3 days i believe...never replied back with my concerns, TWICE i tried that. So then i began picking up the phone, the phone number provided by their site pauses, and eventually sends you to a number that says, "Thank you", after ringing once or twice, and then hangs up on you. Per their website, "please allow some orders 2-3 weeks to arrive"...ok, but by this time there is NO DOUBT i was robbed. My debit card was charged for $16.94, and i still have had no reply. Next week it will be 2 MONTHS. I hate liars, and i hate thief's. Gearow needs to be investigated somehow or another and i would love to get my money back, although i'm at grips with that never happening. Very disappointing.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses that ended up costing me 34.99 they took the money out right away that was July 21 2018. Status hasn't changed still says ordered and waiting for Carrier to update tracking information please try again later it is now August 8th I sent emails, even called during business hours which I just got a voicemail telling me to email them and they will return my email within 24 hours which they never do. So now I'm out of the money and feeling quite uneasy that my credit card might be compromised and having to go through all the trouble to change my credit card because of it.

I ordered a watch from gearow on July 9th and yet to receive my purchase when i called the # on website it goes to voicemail. So I sent a few emails and was answer by the same ultimated email. These people are frauds. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY
