I ordered a pair of leggings that looked like I would like them by the photos posted; I did not. When I asked for a return slip the company denied my request claiming that each pair (not inexpensive $99 all totaled) was handmade and was not returnable. This is definitely not the case as I see the poor quality of the product which is primarily why I asked for the return.

Additionally, I make leggings so was ordering as I was looking for a particular fabric design.

I have never encountered a company who would flat out not accept a return request, especially for a product that would easily be restocked and sold.

I have emailed them three times and the response has been surprisingly disappointing.

This 'company' is holding their customers hostage and while I may be stuck with leggings I will never wear, let this be a cautionary tale for the next helpless customer.
