I did a search online to purchase touch less digital thermal thermometers during Covid-19. Most companies were out, but this company claimed to have them in stock. I ordered two and paid $74.00 for them. I was told to allow 14 days for shipping. I was given a tracking # that only told me my products left the warehouse. There was never any more information than that. I could not find a phone number to call for information. The only means of communication was via face book messenger and opening a ticket on their website. I did both and have had zero results getting my money refunded. They claim a customer support manager will contact me in 24 hours and no one ever does. I realize now this company is just scamming people. They should be shut down.

I work for an egg company in Elizabeth NJ - we're an essential company that is still working during this trying time. We are trying to protect our employees the best we can and have taken several measures to assure that this is being done. My boss had me try to find N95 masks online and I came across this website which said in Stock - shipping from US.. will receive within 5 days.

I ordered $784 worth of masks and then never received a confirmation email. I was able to copy the order number down when I placed the order from the final order screen.

This company does not have a phone number. YOu can only get in touch with them via Facebook messages or through messages on their website. I have tried both several times and they are no help - giving me a run around. I asked for a refund.. they said they can't do that. It was sold through one of their partner stores and they don't have a phone number. They will put in a request and I will receive an email shortly - well, 3 days went by and no email.

They already charged my card and I have disputed it but I feel this is a horrible thing to do especially now. People are desperate for masks and theyre taking advantage of that!
