The company claimed they were going to do a full system tune-up to my laptop, along with an infection sweep and virus removal and did not provide the services stated by an employee of theirs by the name Anthony Carpani. I was also to receive Defender Pro, an anti-virus software with my purchase but didn't receive it. A month after this occurred, a payment was made with my debit card in the same state as this company that i did not authorize.
