GCI Residential, the parent company of Big Creek Apartments in Parma Heights, has been informed by 2 prospects that this man reached out to them to provide a fictitious rental price for our apartments and then requested they "meet him" to get the keys after paying him on a cash app for the application fee ahead of time. One of our employees then engaged with him and had the same experience as shown in the attached documentation. He contacts prospects claiming he is a rental agent, provides a low rent rate for an apartment as well as photos, then says they must pay him the application fee in order for him to meet them at the property with the keys.
