This business advertises selling puppies and provides transportation for the puppies anywhere in the United States and Canada. The owner sent us videos of the puppies and instructions on how to send him a money order in the amount of $650.00 to Boris Willliford who picked it up at Walmart at 5885 Kingstown's Blvd in Alexandria, Virginia 22315. He said he would mail the puppy on Saturday. On Saturday we received a phone call from a Bruno Mansueto (800)993-8230 who stated he was in charge of transporting the puppy. His headquarters was at 3250 Airport Blvd in West Columbia, SC 29170 . He insisted that the puppy need to have a climate controlled carrier due to the weather and insisted we had to pay $1700 to borrow the crate but 95% of our money would be returned. He insisted that we would be brought up on charges of animal cruelty if we refused. We refused and told him to call the breeder who sold us the puppy to pay for it. We called the breeder and complained and he said he would pay for the transportation. I texted him that I wanted a refund because according to his website a full refund was guaranteed. My son told him he was going to call the police and report him. The breeder said to give him a few days to figure it out. We have not heard from him since even though we have called him numerous times.
