The scammer posted an ad on Facebook marketplace about handmade furniture. I was in the market for a farmhouse style dining room table and chairs. He said he could make it and have it delivered in 4-6 weeks. The deposit was $320 which we paid via cash app. This all happened on Feb 14, 2023. We have yet to receive the furniture or a refund. We were in communication with the scammer but each conversation was another lie about having the furniture delivered.
