Bought one product and they sent me a cheap product that I didn't order. They want me to send back what I received to get a full refund. I don't want to pay for shipping if a product I didn't order. I have to send that back for a full refund or keep it for 50% of what I paid.

i order a walker electric wheelchair and they sent me my order number 230506052416224 then sent me a tracking number AQ08197690CN in witch i tracked it all the way from chine to wolfobore new hampshire and it was never delivered to me i contactaded them and they said it was delivered in witch it was never done they told me to check my post office in witch i did and it was not there so i email them again and they respond back with the same thing look at my post office
