In big letters at the top was QVC. I thought i was ordering buy 2 get 2 free outside canopy style chairs from QVC. the subtotal was $39.96 plus $9.99 shipping for a total of $49.95.. It said Expedited Shipping (3-4 days). The order was placed on 5/26/23. on 6/25/23 i complained about not receiving my order and they responded wanting my email address, my name (which they already had) and my order number (which they already had) 230527014031198. Then they said that I had received my order on June 14, WHICH I DID NOT. The email was signed by someone named Ygeme. i persisted requesting a refund but never received a refund. i don't even want the chairs anymore. i just want a refund of my money. be wary of anything that says QVC.
