I received an email purportedly from Harbor Freight saying that I had won a tool set and showing a button to click to claim the tool set. I went through a series of questions and then clicked a button to claim the "reward". Then checking my on-line banking account to check for the shipping cost, I found a charge for $29.99 to a company called JLDDAZZLINGSKIN. I called the 800 number to see what that charge was for and they claimed that I had subscribed to a service that charged $29.99 dollars a month. I told them to cancel the subscription, (of which I had no knowledge) and refund the $29.99. I was told that the charge was non-refundable. When I asked to speak to the persons supervisor, Deborah, said that there was no supervisor avilable to speak with me and if there were they would tell me the same thing that the $29.99 was non-refundable. The 800 number is 1-800-348-2977. $29.99 is not going to break the bank, but this is a scam and it needs to be investigated.
