He acted as a landlord for a rented house. We paid him $1600 for the first month's rent and deposit. Then he wanted more money for the last month's rent. He wouldn't give us the keys unless we gave him more money. He even agreed to let us do repairs on the home that we don't think he actually owned. He never agreed to come to Tulsa to show my daughter the house. We had already sold our house in Chicago and the moving company already picked up our furniture. We were still not able to get the keys, but we had to leave Chicago and come to Tulsa anyway. We never heard back from him once we arrived in Tulsa.
