Contacted me and numerous family members stating I had a debt against me and was being taken to court for a collection I never had.

They will call and ask about a letter you never got, and tell you that they are sending you a summons to court for an amount that is double the original. Lastly they will say it is being reported to your credit report, but it'll be no where on it.
