My husband bought 8 GPS tracking dog collars for $1,000.00. We was sent a shipment tracking number from Omega Logistics but after 2 days, the shipping company contacted us through email explaining we needed to send $450.00 for insurance plus $150.00 for shipping. I refused to pay anything further and told them to refund us the original amount. The seller ( Briar Nelson) told us once he got the collars back, he would refund us. After countless messages, now the company won't even respond. Transaction was done through venmo, now we have no way of getting our money back.
