Paid the money , no product sent . Lame excuses and shady responses
I lost out on $500.

Gatminbestbuy.com is a scam!

This website sells garmin k9 tracking devices. The site is believable with testimonials etc.
I paid $500 for a device . Never arrived
I contacted them and the gave lame excuses with no real response hoping I’ll go away

After placing an order online, i was sent the Zelle information. Very fast communication up until payment was accepted. Now, i have not received my product but no calls are answered, no response to email or text. The name used for zelle was to be sent to [email protected] and the name was Briana Garcia. The total order was $1010.00. The company site seems legit with alot of information beware this is not the case. I even thought possible this company was scammed somehow. I have since googled the address and it lands you in the middle of the interstate, they advised when i tried calling before payment was made that they could only receive text or email as they had phone issues on answering that day. I should have seen this as a red flag. I hope to save someone else from losing money on an order and filling these scammers pockets with our hard earned money. i have reported this to all local authorities. Also note the testimonies on the page or not accurate, as when i tried to leave feedback it was never posted.

After I placed an order in the website, they contacted me through the text messages, providing the Zelle info. After I sent them $780 through zelle, they stopped responding and never sent the product.
