I placed an order back in Feb. 2020, and never got I. So I emailed for status of my product which was 2 bracelets. After my 3rd email contact, I was informed that the product had been mailed out to a Zip code that was one number different from mine. I was informed that if I can wanted to receive the bracelets, I would have to pay an additional $30.00 for them to resend and they would NOT be sending me a refund because of their cost issues. At this point, all I want is a refund.
