was looking for a LG washer drain pump when i saw Garlooke said to have the part i needed and 100's of others parts it looked ok so i order it and payed for it with PayPal. Got email from PayPal saying i authorized a transaction with Kaufmann for my part that said money would'nt be taken out till item was sent they took out the money right then i never received my part and there's no way to get in touch with them so if any one sees a web sight named garlooke or Kaufmann it is a scam. i'm thankful my part was'nt that much.
