I received a message from Best Buy indicating that I would be charged a monthly charge of 200$ for some geek squad protection. I called the number w/the ad and spoke w/a man who identified as a best buy employee. He connected me with a senior employee who told me his name was David and spoke w/an Indian accent. He convinced me to open my Mobil bank of America and then had control of my computer and made the account look like it was credited for 2000$ "David" then told me it was a mistake and would I please return 1500$ of the 2000$. I hung up and looked at my account on my phone to see my bal. had NEVER changed. "David" then had the nerve to put a password on my desktop which I could not open. So, he managed to get my desktop.
