Placed an order Dec 15, 2021 for a gift basket to be sent to a relative. My credit card was charged that same day. I learned on Feb 7, 2022 that the delivery was never made. I sent a message asking specifically for a refund. I then received a notification that my package shipped. I sent several replies clarifying that I had requested a refund and did not want the gift sent anymore as it was for Xmas. No reply x 3. So the following day, I sent a message stating that I would be contacting the ScamPulse.com if they did not reply. They replied, "Pardon? Please explain as your order shipped." So here I am. Looks like I am out $99.xx.
