They did not say it was a trial product and that I had to cancel the product within 14 days to not be charged. The 2 health products were a total cost of approximately $340 for a 30 days supply of weight loss supplements. the initial charge was approximately $20. I was advertised as a free product.

It's a big scam as they will not refund my money since they have my credit card information. it's supposed to be a monthly charge and if you do not cancel within 14 days on the 15 day they charge $340.

I wanted to return the product and I wanted my money back. They only agreed to refund 30% and that's it.

I ordered free trial Garcinia True and just had to pay for shipping. I also ordered Infinite Cleanse. Total of order was about $17. They billed my credit card for $183! My credit card company informed me that they had me signed up for a membership to send me more every 30 days. I called the company and they said they couldn't refund the money because I didn't call within 14 days and that I could return the Infinite Cleanse and wouldn't be billed if they received it within 30 days or they'll bill me another $131 for these over the counter products. I was to write Infinite Cleanse on the box and the RMA number and keep the tracking number. There was nothing on the website stating that I had 14 days to call and cancel or anything about these charges. The credit card was billed to several companies in St. Albans & Eastbury Great Britain:

I saw online this product about weight loss called Garcinia-True. They would send you enough product free for 30 days and you only had to pay $5 for shipping costs. On a whim I ordered it, however when I ordered it a popup came for Infinite-cleanse. I was trying to see what it was and clicked continued, but then I realized when I clicked continued it automatically ordered it for me and I could not back-out of it. The cost of the two products came to about $14 CA, so I said whatever. I ordered this on January 24. I later read this was a scam and people were being charged, so on February 6 I called to cancel but they could not find my account. I sent them an email the next day and it took them a full day to respond. By this point, I was charged $164. When I called they said that you are charged on the 15th day and it is on their website. When I made their ordered there was no terms stating that I would be charged, no warning. All they kept saying on the phone was sorry and repeating the policy. At first time could only offer me 25% back, then the girl said she'll talk to her supervisor and they could offer me 50% but they won't go above it. I doubt she talked to her supervisor, all she said was it's policy. I've called twice now and they still won't give me all my money. I repeated to them several times this was clearly a scam, that looking online hundreds of people had this problem with them and I was going to report them to the BB. He wouldn't respond, and then say something else about the terms and conditions and would just ignore what I said cause they know it's true. On top of it, in order to cancel the account for the infinite-cleanse, I have to send the product and they advise you to have a tracking number. This means I have to go pay more money to cancel the account. That's the only way to cancel the account, or I could cancel the account and pay 50% of the fee. The customer service is ridiculous. I looked up the address they gave me for the return, and it's just an apartment so obviously it's not a real business. I still plan to continue to call back and i'm going to call my bank in attempt to get all my money back. As soon as I get my money, i'm cancelling my credit card so they can no longer charge me anything.

The website claimed to be a free trial of a fat burner product and I was only required to pay shipping and handling. When I looked up the website I discovered it was a scam and tried to cancel my account which they refused. I was able to get them to cancel but only after I argued with them on the phone for an hour and explained I work at a law firm and would be escalating to charges if they did not cancel. They finally did cancel but they were refusing to cancel my account unless I sent them back the product and paid for it to be shipped again and I would have to wait. They also lied claiming they were a law firm at one point and only stopped because I told them I actually do work at one but this business was trying very hard to steal from me as well as other people from what I've read online. They would have continued charging me if I had not made them cancel my account after almost an hour on the phone. I am the person who got scammed boyfriend I handled the phone conversation to cancel it as they would not listen to her requests and she knew I knew the laws regarding the situation.
