On February 28th, 2017, I was completing an online survey for amazon when a pop up add offering a free 30 day trial of Garcinia Slim Diet appears. The ad clearly stated only pay for shipping and handling. So, I paid $5.95 for shipping and handling for a 30 day supply of Garcinia slim diet. I thought I had 30 days to return but per review of the the fine print I only had 14 plus for shipping and handling. Today, I found a charge on my account for $84.90, I immediately called and was told, I was not eligible for a refund. I have the un opened unused product and will return it. It is day 14 today. We spoke earlier today, and I am writing to officially lodge a complaint that my experience with Garcinia slim diet was a bait and switch. As I was completing an online survey, a pop offer with the gardenia slim diet appeared. The offer was for a 30 day supply for the cost of shipping only. I admit that I briefly read through the terms and conditions and it sounded ok. The wording is misleading, however and I thought I had a month to return the unused product. I just re-read the terms and conditions and they are very confusing. There is a 14 day trial offered with additional 1-4 days for delivery. As well, my records show the transaction was made on 2/28/2017. So today, 3/13/2017, is in fact day 14. Per our phone conversation today, you said that no refund was possible even though I was unhappy with the product. Then after much more confusing conversation you retracted your original offer of 35% to 50% with a restocking fee. At the end you said that I would see a refund minus the restocking fee of $72.50 in 1-10 days. The website terms and conditions clearly state that the restocking fee is $5.95 not $12.73 as you mentioned during our phone call.

Please respond by email or phone today as to when I can expect a refund of $78.95 (that is $84.90-$5.95).
