The person was contacted by a neighbor who saw his sign on the street after Ian. He came and spoke about garage doors and garage door installations with both my neighbor and I. He was in contact consistently prior to me giving him the check. After he got the check he responded via text once or twice after many many phone calls and messages I sent him. Then he stopped responding completely. Since he was not answering his phone I started calling his office. The moment I said I was calling about the garage door I ordered they would hang up. When I called back there would be no answer. He said the installation would be the first or second week of January and that came and went.
