I ordered about 10 items on a site on Facebook and it was called Marshalls on 2/17/23. I patiently waited for the merchandise and received a tracker number that kept telling me it was in transit and then it said it was delivered. I did receive a package on or around 3/17/23 with a cheap ring which I did not order. I waiting a little longer just in case maybe the correct items would arrive, nothing else came. I contacted my credit card company about this to try and get the charges disputed and they recommended that I try to contact the merchant. I went to the site on apoingwer.com and it gave me *******@heaomly.com as a contact email. I email them on 4/5/23 and they responded that my package was delivered. I let them know this was not what I ordered and they would be reported to the ScamPulse.com today. There was nothing in the package to be able to return the item, no receipt just some authentisity paper work. I told them I wanted a credit and would return the ring. I've gotten no repsonse since I sent the email this morning (4/6/23).
