I saw a house for rent advertised on Zillow. I made arrangements to see the house with the "Property Manager." I met with him and asked for the information to apply for the house. Myself, and 2 other adults paid 40.00$ each to apply for the rental property through Rentspree.com. After not hearing back, I called, texted, and emailed several times. Finally he contacted me and said we didn't get the house. I started to become suspicious so I looked into Drona Realty and Mortgage. When you google it, there is no website, no phone number and no zip code. Also, when you google the address it is a home in Simi Valley, CA, not a realty office. I texted the scammer that I knew he scammed me, he denied it but refused to give me a phone number for Drona Realty. I filed complaints with realtor.com, Zillow, Rentspree, and the BBB. I would like to be informed of any results in this complaint. His name on the business card is Gandhi Amitabh. Thank you
